She answered all my questions and explained the difference in fit due to age and bone loss. She is extremely personable and has a great sense of humor. My new dentures are the best set I’ve ever had She picked the age appropriate color and made all my requests without any problems. The staff is really nice and it was fun dealing with Jazmin at the front desk. If you’re looking for new dentures or replacements go to Natural Dentures in Salem and ask for Denise…you won’t be disappointed!

It was still a hard decision at 47 to get dentures. From the minute I made the first call for an appointment till now with amazing natural looking dentures the experience was great! The girls at the front desk are AMAZING! Especially, listening to Taylor sing (well) to the radio as I waited for my appointment. To Dr. Combs and his assistants great surgical experience. The SHINNING LIGHT for me was Nels! A true craftsman building my dentures and always fantastic bedside manor. He truly cared and always made sure everything was right and a good experience. All in all from point A-Z the place to go!!!

    Review : The staff were great, polite, friendly, good communication. My issue is that I came here because their website lists $89 extraction and $1,000 implant. I’m a single mom, with shitty insurance that I pay for through my employer. I make just enough money to not receive any kind of benefits or help from anywhere but my budget is extremely tight thus being why I came here. I was quoted nearly $9,000 plus the additional $450 for a flipper (retainer with fake teeth, strictly for cosmetic) because I really can’t mentally live with holes in my mouth. I feel extremely mislead by the false advertisement. I thought this would be something I could budget and afford but am left again with false hope, broken teeth and pain that prohibits me from being able to eat. This is awful to do to someone, I’m left completely defeated reviewing this quote realizing it’s going to take me a couple years to save up enough money to be able to afford this. This advertising should be removed I just want to give up on life all together at this point.

I did have some issue with the staff, first not passing on an email with photographs that I sent for the denturist to look at, but when I followed up they did so. Also, they did not bill my insurance during the two weeks between when I had the impression made and picked up the denture, so I had to pay in full -- before I even got to look at the denture. They said they would file the reimbursement claim, but I chose to do it myself because I didn't see any reason for them to get my reimbursement. The insurance rep told me that the denturist's office should give me the form with all the pertinent information, but the staff said they couldn't do that, so I had to ask for codes and various other info. The denture itself is fitting nicely and so far I'm happy with it.
